9N, Nepal: Toshi, JA8BMK, returns to Kathmandu in October and plans to operate holiday-style as 9N7BM on HF. QSL via JA8BMK (d/B).

A3, Tonga: Lee, VK3GK, will get on the air as A35RT from Eua Island (OC-049, WW Loc. AG28mo) between Oct. 3 and 13. He will be working for a humanitarian project on the island, but hopes to participate in the Oceania DX Contests SSB and CW during his spare time. QSL via VE3GK (d/B).

F, France: Special event station TM2F operates from Chamery on HF on Oct. 4 and 5. Near that place Quentin Roosevelt, the youngest son of the then US president, crashed his warbird on 14 July 1918. QSL via F4GTT (d/B).

DLFF Mini-Expedition Klaus/DL7UXG and Friedrich/DL4BBH activate a number of WWFF references on October 3 according to the following scheudle: o DLFF-248, Nature Reserve Borgfelder Wuemmewiesen (New one) beginning 0800 UTC and o DLFF-211, Nature Reserve Ochtumniederung bei Brokhuchting from about 1200 UTC on. Following then on October 4: o DLFF-051, Nature Park Duemmer beginning 0800 UTC and o DLFF-125, Nature Park Terra Vita from about 1200 UTC on. QRV mainly on 40 and 20m in CW and SSB.
